 Made with natural ingredients, our aged fig balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy is thick,  ripe, and bursting with flavor.  Pairs particularly well with our Chipotle, Tuscan Herb and Wild Mushroom & Sage Infused Olive Oils.   Fig is an excellent Meat tenderizer and          can be used on chicken, pork, beef, bison.... 

 Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy is produced in the  Traditional Style.  It is aged up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels.  With an enviable 4% acidity, this condimento is exceedingly rich, complex, and dense.  It pairs  beautifully with any olive oils in our collection for vinaigrettes, glazes, or marinades.

Sultry, fragrant Tahitian vanilla beans are married with our aged balsamic condimento to create a  collaboration that is as intoxicating as it is exotic.  Try drizzling over fresh strawberries, a  warm brownie, or premium ice cream.                                                                                          Pairs well with our Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil.

 Small batches of 100% pure Vermont maple syrup are infused with aged balsamic to create  this delectable masterpiece.  This balsamic is excellent over fish, chicken, pork or beef. 

 It can also be used on, or in, pancakes or waffles or for glazing bacon, ice cream, cookies, or fruit.   It  pairs well with our Butter Olive Oil, Toasted Almond Oil, French Walnut Oil, Blood  Orange Olive Oil and any of the Extra Virgin Olive Oils that we carry.

Our extremely high quality Dark Balsamic Vinegars are produced using high quality Trebbiano grape must that is carmelized by the wood-fired cooking process in copper kettles and then aged up to 18 years in a progressive series of wood barrels following the traditional Solera Method in Modena Italy.  No caramel coloring, artificial flavors, thickeners, sweeteners or other additives are ever used.  The result of this time honored artisanal process is a low acidity (only 4%), deliciously thick, rich, complex and dense balsamic.  Our variety of flavors can be used in a variety of ways, from the simplest of dishes to the very complex.  Some very easy ideas include creating unique salad dressings, meat marinades, dessert toppings and healthy flavorings for everyday foods like vegetables, ice cream, plain yogurt, oatmeal, rices,... even water... and the list goes on, as our customers report their ideas experiences.......
